单项体育协会有关问题的法学分析

Law Analysis on Some Issues of Single Sport Association

运用文献研究法,结合我国单项体育协会的客观事实从法学的角度对其有关问题进行分析。认为单项体育协会管理权力的来源有两种形式,其法律地位存在竞合现象,进而为界定其处罚行为的性质提出相应的标准。

With studying the documents, the author analyzes some issues concerning to the single sport association with its state from the law side. Considering that the derive of power of single sport association has two ways and its law status has been overlapped, then the author point out some standards to judge the law nature of its punishment behavior.
