水泥高效减水剂对快固化水泥刨花板性能的影响

摘要 研究3种不同水泥高效减水剂的不同添加量对水泥刨花板性能的影响,并通过测其密度、含水率、吸水厚度膨胀率、静曲强度、弹性模量、平面抗拉强度等进行对比研究。研究结果表明:对于12mm板,水泥高效减水剂对水泥刨花板的性能影响不显著。对于20mm板,交互作用时对密度影响显著,减水剂不同百分比对弹性模量影响显著。对其余性能影响不显著。 This paper studies the impact of the three kinds of different adding quanlity of cendent nigh-efficrent water on the quality of cement shaving board, and through examining its density, moisture content, suck water thickness expanding rate, quiet song intensity, Elastic mould quantity, the tensile strength of plane, etc. are compared and studied. The result of study shows: To 12 mm boards, the performance to the cement shaving board of high-efficient water-reducing agent of cement can not be influenced remarkably. To 20 mm boards, remarkable to density influence at the time of the reciprocation, different percentage of water-reducing agent are remarkable to elastice mould. Which can't influence remarkalby other performance.
