The 16th CPC Congress has systematically outlined its fundamental experience in leading Chinese people to build a well-off society. With regard to economic work, the most valuable experience is that the policy of expanding domestic demand has been strictly observed and carried out. In summing up the past experience for developing guidelines for economic work, we have come to realize the fact that the significance of macroeconomics can only be further explored and enriched by focusing on the experience and approaches for domestic demand expansion.
