4种血型血清学检测方法在婴幼儿患者临床输血中的比较

Comparison of 4 kinds of techniques in the application of clinical transfusion in sick infants

目的 比较婴幼儿患者临床输血中 4种血型血清学检测方法的优缺点 ,寻找灵敏度高且准确性高的方法。方法 采用盐水法、聚凝胺法、抗人球蛋白法、Bio Vue玻璃珠柱凝集法进行检测。结果 Bio Vue玻璃珠柱凝集法的灵敏度及准确性相对较高。结论 Bio Vue玻璃珠柱凝集法快速、准确 ,适合临床应用。

Objective To compare the advantage and disadvantage of 4 kinds of techniques applied recently in clinical transfusion in sick infants,and to search for a more sensitive and specific method. Methods Saline media test, polybrene media test, antihuman globulin test and BioVue microtube column agglutination system were used in comparative study. Results BioVue column agglutination system is more sensitive and specific comparatively. Conclusion BioVue column agglutination system is an accurate and fast technique which is suitable for clinical transfusion.
