柱撑粘土皂石的合成及其表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Pillared Interlayer Clay

用水热法合成了柱撑粘土皂石 ,用羟基铝与其交联 ,并对其进行了表征 .合成出的柱撑粘土皂石显示出较高的热稳定性 ,在结构上也与文献报道相符 .

Saponite clays were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The pillared saponite clays were prepared by intercalating the saponite with aluminum hydroxy polymer[AlO 4Al 12 (OH) 24 (OH 2) 12 ] 7+ and saponite clays and pillared saponite clays were characterized with DTA and FT_IR. The results show that the saponite clays have a strong heat stability.
