儒家德治思想运行机制的考察及其现代启示

Research on the Operation Mechanism of the Confucian "Rule by Virtue" and Its Modern Enlightenment

儒家德治思想不仅适应中国古代国情 ,而且具有一套近乎完善的运行机制 ,主要表现为 :教化、修养与自觉的内在机制 ;礼、法与规范的保障机制以及表率、举贤与劝善的激励机制。正是这一运行机制的作用 ,使得儒家德治思想具有很强的可行性与操作性。考察儒家德治思想的运行机制 ,对我们贯彻“以德治国”的方略具有重要的启示意义。

The Confucian 'rule by virtue' not only suits the ancient Chinese conditions, but also has a nearly perfect operation mechanism. This mainly includes the inner mechanism, which means man's self-awareness of morality through moral education and inner cultivation; the ensure mechanism, which means conformity to the moral standards by Li and Law; and the encouragement mechanism, which means persuading people to give up evil and return to good by setting good examples and appointing people of merit. It is the role of the operation mechanism that makes Confucian 'rule by virtue' practicable and operative. We can gain enlightenment from this operation mechanism in carrying out the modern plan of 'rule our country by virtue'.
