摘要
研究爬行动物性别决定分子机制,其性别决定类型如下:具异型性染色体(GSD型);缺乏异型性染色体,有环境因子决定的(ESD型),ESD型中可以温度性别决定型(TSD型)最为普遍,随着SRY基因的发现和克隆及其内部结构进化和生理机制方面的初步研究,进一步分析GSD型和TSD型两种机制可能共享一个共同的分子途径。
This research paper concentrates on the type of molecule mechanism decided by the reptiles sex. There are three types of sex decisions: the type of GSD, the type of Lacking - GSD, and the type of ESD in Which the type of TSD is the most popular. With the tentative research on the discovery of the SRY gene, the clone and the evolution of its inside structure and physiology mechanism. We guess that the type of GSD and the type of TSD may share the same molecule ways by analyzing them.
