摘要 研究了胶原蛋白—壳聚糖共混溶液的粘度性能和可纺性能。实验研究表明,胶原蛋白、壳聚糖两组分比为30∶1,质量分数为5.0%~7.0%时,随温度升高,粘度降低。利用测溶液最大细流长度X ,分析了共混溶液的可纺性能,随溶液温度和质量分数的提高,可纺性提高。50℃,质量分数为6.5%的溶液具有最大的X 值。 The solution properties and spinnability of Collagen-Chitosan Blend Solution had been studied in this paper. The experiment results showed that the viscosity of the solution decreased with the rise of the temperature of the solution while the ratio of collagen /chitosan was about 30∶1 and the concentration was about 5.0%-7.0%. The spinnability of the solution is investigated by determining the maximum length of the solution flowing line X~*. From the results ,we could know that the spinnability of the solution was improved with the increase of the temperature and concentration of the solution. The maximum length of the solution flowing line X~* was obtained as the temperature of the solution was up to 50℃ and the concentration was 6.5%.
