摘要
采用ZJ 1a金属元素自动分析仪的流动注射功能,首次以磺基水杨酸及硫酸铵的混合溶液为显色剂,硫酸铵溶液为参比溶液,对铬粉中的痕量Fe(Ⅲ)进行了测定。考察了显色剂中磺基水杨酸及硫酸铵的浓度、反应圈的长度、流速等因素的影响,优化了实验条件。在优化是实验条件下,测得Fe(Ⅲ)的检出限为10μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.79%,对铬粉中的Fe(Ⅲ)进行分析,回收率在95.0%102 0%,结果令人满意。
A new method was proposed to determinate trace Iron(Ⅲ) in chromic powder by automatic reference flow injection. Iron(Ⅲ)was determined with Sulfosalicylic acid and ammonium sulfate mixture as colour developing reagent, and ammonium sulfate as reductometry solution by flow injection function of automatic metal elements analyzer. The effect of concentration of Sulfosalicylic acid and ammonium sulfate, the lengthen of reaction coil and velocity of flow were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit and RSD of the method were 10μg/L and 0.79% respectively. The method was applied to the analysis of Iron(Ⅲ)in chromic powder with satisfactory results?
