摘要
用正交试验的方法,对新型无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅硫酸铝镁处理污水的过程进行了分析和研究,探讨了有关因素对絮凝效果的影响。通过试验认为,这种絮凝剂对污水的最佳处理工艺条件为:Mg/Al/Si为1.0∶1.0∶1;投加量约为100mg/L;pH在6.57.5之间;搅拌时间1013min。此时,浊度和CODCr的去除率分别达到91.98%和82.85%,并优于聚合硫酸铝(PAS)和聚合硅酸硫酸铝(PASS)的絮凝效果。
It was studied and analyzed that the wastewater was treated with new flocculant polymeric aluminum magnesian silicate-sulfate (PAMSS)by the method of orthogonal test, and the factors concerned to influence the flocculent performance were discussed. Through the experiment, it is thought that as the molar ratio of among Mg, Al and Si is 1.0∶1.0∶1, the dosing quantity is about 100 mg/L, the pH value of water to be treated is from 6.5 to 7.5, and the stirred time is from 10 minutes to 13, the removals of COD(Cr)and turbidity can reach 82.85% and 91.98% respectively, which excel both polymeric aluminum sulfate (PAS) and polymeric aluminum silicate-sulfate (PASS) in the flocculent performance.
