离子探针技术在地球化学研究中的应用综述 被引量:2

摘要 离子探针(SIMS)是一种固体原位微区分析技术,具有很多其它的仪器分析技术所不具备的优点,在地球化学分析研究中有独特的作用,主要用于元素含量和同位素组成的测定,能对大多数元素进行微区、微量、高灵敏度和高分辨率的分析,结合目前的一些研究资料,本文对 SIMS 的基本结构和原理、测定精度和准确度的影响因素以及一些典型的校正方法进行了讨论,并简单介绍了 SIMS 技术在地球化学领域中的应用。 SIMS technology has many more advantages than other instrumentations and plays a unique role in geochemical analytical study.It is applicable to most elements for micro,trace,highly sensitive and high-resolution analysis,especially for measurement of element content and isotopic composition.This paper discussed the fundamental structure and principle of SIMS,its measurement precision- and accuracy-related factors and some typical rectification methods,and briefly introduced the application of SIMS technology in the field of geochemistry.
