摘要
本文主要从比较民法与商法的区别民法与商法的关系应该是各目独立的体系,即民商分立更适合我国所建立的市场经济的需要。
This article discusses the difference between civil law and commercial law by comparison.The relation between them is aseparated system which is more fit for the market economy of our country.
