摘要
为降低人造大理石制造成本,拓宽粉煤灰的应用领域,以粉煤灰、不饱和聚酯树脂为原料,采用常温浇注成型工艺制备人造大理石.研究表明,通过控制粉煤灰的添加量及粉煤灰的颗粒级配可以制备出压缩强度达90MPa以上、外观平整美观的人造大理石制品.
To reduce the cost of artificial marble and enlarge the application field of fly ash, the artificial marble is made with the fly ash, unsaturated polyester resin for raw materials, adopting the normal temperature casting typecraft system. The research expresses that the compressive strength of the artificial marble exceeds 90 MPa and the external appearance is neat and beauty by controlling the amount of fly ash and the grain class of the powder system.
