干法腈纶白度值的改善和控制

Improvement and control of white value for dry acrylic fibres produces

根据聚合物变色理论,针对杜邦干法腈纶生产的各个工序,确定了干法腈纶生产白度值的控制方法:聚合物的特性粘度η为1.43±0.02,其中η<1.40的比率越低越好;保证含水量合格的前提下尽可能降低聚合物烘干机出料温度,控制温度不超过60℃;原液停留时间控制至最短,原液制备输送温度控制至最低,一般不超过80℃;风送系统、料仓、原液制备系统设备完好,不漏气,氧含量控制在工艺范围内;并加入适量二乙撑三胺五醋酸(DTPA).

Based on the color theory of polymer, the control method of white value of Dupont dry acrylic fibres procedures is determined. The characteristic viscosity of the polymer is proper to 1.43±0.02, and the proportion of η<1.40 should be as lower as possible. Under the prerequisite with qualified water content, the temperature of the material out of the polymer drying-machine can not exceed 60 ℃. The wind transport system, material storehouse and solution prepares system equipment are in good condition, without gas leaking, especially the oxygen content is controlled within the range of technology. Solution store time should not be exceeded two hours, solution prepare and send temperatures should be lower than 80 ℃. Meanwhile, the addition of DTPA is necessary.
