过醋酸漂白漂液稳定性及添加剂的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对过醋酸漂白中过醋酸的不稳定问题,研究了过醋酸溶液的稳定性及添加剂的影响,对不同添加剂存在条件下过醋酸漂白后织物的白度、断裂强力和纤维的聚合度进行了测试和分析,确认稳定剂的加入对控制漂液分解、提高织物白度和减少纤维损伤的有效性,六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠对过醋酸漂白均有较好的稳定作用,用量以3g/L为宜. The decomposition of peracetic acid solution and the effects of additives on peracetic acid bleaching process are studied. In the presence of different additives, the whiteness, fabric tensile strength and degree of polymerization after bleaching with peracetic acid are analyzed.
