摘要
综述了食品中农药及药物残留分析常用的提取、纯化和浓缩等前处理方法和检测技术 ,详细阐述了最新发展起来的两种农药和药物残留检测技术免疫分析法和传感器技术的原理。
This article reviews the pretreatment methods including extraction, purification and concentration and some inspection techniques used for the analysis of pesticides and drugs residue in food. In addition, mechanism of some advanced inspection techniques is elaborated.
