摘要
为了缩短冲模开发周期,提高产品质量,提出了变形设计的思想,在Pro／E2001环境下,利用软件自带的二次开发工具Pro／Toolkit,建立了基于三维环境的冲模快速设计系统,实例验证表明,系统达到了预期的效果。
An idea of transform design is put forward in order to shorten the development cycle of stamping dies and improve the product quality. A rapid 3D design system for stamping dies is developed by using the development module Pro/Toolkit based on Pro/E 2001. It is verified through an example that the desired results have been achieved with the system.
