分析了侧弯支座零件的工艺性,介绍了级进模总体结构设计和排样方案。实践证明,模具结构合理、可靠,能保证产品质量,对此类零件的级进模设计有参考价值。
The technological property of the side bent pedestal part is analyzed. The overall structure and layout of the special progressive die for the part are introduced. Practices show that the die structure is reasonable and reliable, and can ensure the product quality. The design has reference value to the design of the progressive dies for similar parts.
