摘要
通过对大、小摩擦片加工工艺的分析,依据选用设备的不同结构,设计了相应的模具;通过利用卸料板的不同结构,完成了大、小摩擦片的局部成形及卸料;通过合理安排落料、冲孔、成形的先后顺序,解决了小摩擦片加工设备吨位不足的问题,实现了落料、冲孔、成形的复合,生产出了合格的零件。
Through the analysis of the machining technology for forming the big and small friction plates, corresponding dies have been designed according to the different structures of the machines. Partial forming and stripping have been accomplished by using the strippers of different structures. A reasonable operation sequence of blanking, piercing and forming solved the problem of the processing machines short of tonnage. Compound processing of blanking, piercing and forming is realized and the parts manufactured meet the technical requirement.
