摘要
以锤锻模双模膛设计为研究对象,分析了双模膛锻模可塑性优化设计的难点和可行性,介绍了可实现提高模具寿命、使用性能和经济性相统一的双模膛锻模可塑性优化设计的3个应用实例,说明了双模膛锻模可塑性优化设计具有明显的经济性、实用性和效益性。
With the double-chamber of the hammer forging die as a research object, the difficulties and feasibility of plastically optimized design of double-chamber forging dies are analyzed. Three examples of optimized design of double-chamber forging dies that can extend the die life and integrate the application performance and economical property are introduced, which shows that the optimized design has prominent economical, practical and profitable properties.
