从提高4Cr5MoSiV1热挤压模具寿命的角度出发,对4Cr5MoSiV1钢的热处理工艺进行改造研究,讨论了4Cr5MoSiV1钢热处理工艺参数对其性能的影响,研究所得到的工艺优化方案在生产过程中取得了良好的效益。

A research on the improvement in the heat treatment of 4Cr5MoSiV1 Steel has been made in order to extend the life of the hot extruding dies made of 4Cr5MoSiV1 Steel. The influence of the technological parameters for heat treatment of 4Cr5MoSiV1 Steel to the performance of the steel is discussed. The optimized technological process obtained from the research has gained good benefits in production.
