在考虑我国的改革目标时,我拥护的是“社会主义市场经济体制”的提法。“有计划的社会主义市场经济”或者“社会主义的有计划市场经济”的提法,我原则上也不反对,但是并不主张用这样的提法来取代“社会主义市场经济”。为什么我不反对呢?因为我认为,在改革的目标——社会主义市场经济体制建立后,高度集中的计划经济已经不存在,但这不等于那时经济的发展是无计划的。我认为计划性的提高是社会进步的一个重要方面,
The article holds, that the 'Plan economy' has had several different meanings. Sometimes it expresses an economy system in which the location of social resources mainly depends on the plan adjustment, not market adjustment. The former will exist even after we build our new socialist market economy system, which means the 'plan economy and market economy' will co—exist. But the latter, will not exist when we set up our socialist market economy system. In the history of human society, Market economy began to exist much earlier. But the co—existence of 'plan economy' and 'market economy' began to exist after 'The October Revolution'. since the reformation, market economy have gained a large progressive, and the 'plan economy' have changed. In the next stage of reformation, we must develop the market economy and set up the socialist market economy system.
