卵形污泥消化池搅拌机及其试验装置的设计

摘要 根据轴流泵叶轮和水泵提高抗汽蚀性能的诱导轮等设计方法 ,设计出了新型卵形污泥消化池搅拌机。经过实地安装应用 ,各项参数均满足了用户要求。介绍了新型卵形污泥消化池搅拌机的结构形式与作用 。 A particular sludge agitator for oval sludge digester has been designed and made up on the basis of the theory of axis pump impeller and inducting principle against the cavitations erosion of pump. This device has been installed and worked in site and all the technical parameters have achieved the expected requirements. Also a special experimental and testing device for this agitator was designed and all the mechanical and operational parameters could be monitored and measured for this particular equipment.
