A particular sludge agitator for oval sludge digester has been designed and made up on the basis of the theory of axis pump impeller and inducting principle against the cavitations erosion of pump. This device has been installed and worked in site and all the technical parameters have achieved the expected requirements. Also a special experimental and testing device for this agitator was designed and all the mechanical and operational parameters could be monitored and measured for this particular equipment.
