摘要
西村水厂一体化自动投药系统采用PLC控制模式 ,SCD串级调节及原水前馈控制方法。按照管理集中与控制分散的原则 ,系统分为三个层次 :信息层、控制层和设备层 ,具有三级监控功能 ,根据现场实际情况可方便地选择 6种不同组合的运行方式。实践表明 ,该方案技术先进 ,经济可行 ,操作方便且安全可靠。不仅改善和保障了出厂水水质 。
This project was carried out at Xicun Waterworks in Guangzhou. For the whole dosing control system, PLC control module, cascade SCD conditioner and raw water feed forward controller are adopted in three levels, namely the massage, control and device on the principle of centralized management and decentralized control. So there are three monitoring levels and six combined expedient options of operating states. The technical advance, economic feasibility and operational convenience have been confirmed by the practical application. Water quality of output water has been guaranteed and also economical benefit has been returned.
