城市轨道交通建设管理模式变革与设计施工总承包

Reform in Management Model of City Track Traffic Development and General Contract of Design and Construction

作为城市基础设施重要组成部分的城市轨道交通领域,其建设管理模式,也在随着国家经济及基本建设模式的发展而发展,这种发展为在我国城市轨道交通领域推行设计施工总承包创造了有利条件。基于设计施工总承包建设模式的优点,本文对我国城市轨道交通领域采用设计施工总承包的必要性及国内企业以设计施工总承包承建城市轨道交通的的可行性进行了分析,并且提出了在城市轨道交通领域推行设计施工总承包的思路。

As an important component of City basic facilities, the management model of City track traffic is also develop-ing with the growth of national economy and its basic development model, which has cre-ated favorable conditions for carrying out general contract of design and construction in City track traffic field of China. Based on the advantages of development model of gen-eral contract of design and construction, this article analyzes the necessity of adopting such kind of general contract in the field of City track traffic in China and the feasibility of building City track traffic in the model of it by domestic enterprises, and puts forward the train of thought in carrying it out in City track traffic field as well.
