本文通过大量实例,证明了企业文化对企业发展的重要性,并着重从企业家的角度就如何搞好企业文化建设进行了一番探讨。
This article proves that enterprise culture has played a very important role in the development of an enterprise by giving a lot of examples and also discusses how to better develop enterprise culture from the point of view of enterprisers.
