摘要 本文着重介绍了引子渡工程建设管理经验。这些经验包括积极推进项目法人责任制、建设监理制、招投标制和合同管理制;强化工期和目标管理;依靠科技进步,发挥设计的龙头作用,提倡专家咨询,科学决策;辩证处理好工期、质量、造价之间的关系;强化安全管理,强化现场协调管理等。 This article mainly introduces the management experience of constructing Yinzidu project.Those includes positive ad-vancing the institution of legal person responsibility,supervision system,bidding system and contract management regulation.Strengthening construction time and objective management,making the most of designing work relying on science and technology development,advocating expert's consulting and scientific decision,dialectically dealing with the relationship between quality and cost,strengthening safety management and field coordination are also the experience from Yinzidu hydropower practice.
