摘要 研究了从沙棘果渣中提取黄酮的工艺 ,考察了提取溶剂和果渣脱脂与否对提取效果的影响 ,在此基础上采用正交实验方法确定了沙棘果渣总黄酮的常规提取最佳条件 :石油醚脱脂 ,质量分数为 6 5 %的乙醇溶液作为提取剂 ,提取温度为 80℃ ,提取 1g果渣的每次溶剂用量为 8mL ,提取次数为 3次 (每次为 1h) ,在常规提取的最佳条件下沙棘果渣的总黄酮得率高达 0 5 344 %。尝试了超声辅助提取 ,结果表明提取前用超声预处理 15min ,可以大大减少溶剂用量和提取时间 ,而黄酮得率保持不变。 The methods and optimum conditions of extracting total flavones from marc of Sea buckthorn was studied in this article. The effects of different solvents, degreasing and nondegreasing on the extraction were investigated. The conventional optimum technological conditions were attained by the orthogonal experiment as follows: degreasing with benzinum first, extracted with 65% ethanol, extraction temperature 80、℃, ethanol volume 8ml for 1 g marc every time, and extracting for 3 times (1、h for each time). The yield of total flavones on the conventional optimum conditions was 0.534、4%. Total flavones was also extracted with the aid of ultrasonic wave, and the results showed that marc treated for 15 minutes by ultrasonic wave before extracting, the amount of the solvent used was greatly decreased and the extracting time was shortened, whereas the yield of total flavones was as high as 0.534、5%.
