Synthesis of cyanoalkysilanes by hydrosilation

摘要 文中介绍了一种新型二元多相催化剂Cu2 O/N ,N ,N′ ,N′ 四甲基乙二胺 (TMEDA)在硅氢加成合成含有氰基硅烷中的应用。研究发现 ,当n(Cu2 O)∶n(TMEDA) =1∶3,加热回流 30min ,可以高选择性地合成 β 加成产物 ,收率达 90 %以上。产物结构通过1H NMR表征 ,并讨论了催化剂的配比、回流和搅拌等因素对反应收率的影响。 A new type of two-component catalyst, Cu 2O/N,N,N′,N-tetramethylethylen-diamin(TMEDA), was reported which was used for synthesis of cyanoalkysilanes by hydrosilation. Results show that β-cyanoalkysilane is obtained when n(Cu 2O)∶n(TMEDA)=1∶3, refluxing time is about 30、min, with the yield of more than 90%. The structure of β-cyanoalkysilane was charactered by 1H-NMR. Factors influencing the reaction including the molar ratio of catalyst, refluxing time and stiring were also discussed.
