Attitude is composed of recognitional elements and sensational elements which are a sophisticated psychological phenomenon.Attitude is based on need,and once assumed,it has a great effect on human's psychology and behavior.Therefore, it is vitally important in medical treatment and nursing and affects more or less on the effect of medical treatment and nursing.A good attitude is obtained by constantly improved skill,conscientious working style,amiable and kind service,and excellent image which can win the confidence of the patients, activate their readiness to overcome psychological barriers and excite their cooperativeness to cure disease;only in this way can the quality of medical treatment and nursing be improved to the best.
