摘要
美与丑是对立统一的审美观念 ,是可以相互转化的。我们必须允许丑进入艺术 ,但丑的描绘应该在笔锋之外透露出某种积极的价值取向 ,使丑变成理想化的东西。美术表现中的丑的形式具有持久的力量 ,在一定情况下视觉丑更能达到“反审美”的刺激作用。艺术美不是对现实生活的简单重复 ,而是对它的强化 。
Beauty and ugliness are a pair of aesthetic ideas that are unity of opposites and inter-convertible. We must allow ugliness get into the art, but depiction of ugliness should be of some positive value between the brush tips so that the ugly could turn into something ideal. The ugly form in fine arts is of a kind of endurable strength, which, under certain circumstances, can stimulate a visual aesthetic effect. Therefore, artistic aestheticism is not a simple imitation of real life, but a kind of elevation.
