A Study of the Three Corps and their Features of the Ma-Chu Inner Struggle in China's Wudai-Shiguo Period

五代十国时期 ,在马楚的内争中 ,宗室和军将这两大势力形成了三个集团。宗室内争、主将冲突和军将内争是依次出现的内争形式。马楚内争具有地域性、军事性、长期性的特征 ,三者互相关联。内争的重要影响是分裂与亡国 ,是武人政治的延续 ,体制演进的阻滞。但内争作为唐宋政治变革的重要背景 。

In the Ma-Chu inner struggle of the Wudai-Shiguo Period, the two forces of the imperial clan and the high ranking officers formed into three corps and the inner struggle within the imperial clan, conflicts among generals and struggle between officers were the three forms that consecutively appeared. With the features of regionalism and militarism, the three were interlinked with each other. The consequence of the inner struggle was the disruption of the state, the continuation of the army-men politics, and the hindering of system evolution. As the struggle took place against the political reform in the Tang and Song Dynasties, it entailed great significance.
