Discussion on ecology position and modern education

运用生态学的基本原理,把学校看成一个生态系统,其核心是"群体"、"多样性"、"可持续发展"和"平衡和谐"思想.把教育活动看成一个有机的生态整体,重视和突出整体的功能.现代教育所追求的目标符合生态学思想,例如,共同的认识和团队精神,素质教育要面向全体学生;强调个性培养,注意因材施教,最大限度地发挥其潜能;培养终生学习的能力,走可持续发展的道路;实现学校各组成部分、各要素之间的平衡和谐等.

This paper reports how to apply principles on ecology in running a school,regarding the school as an ecological system,with 'Colony','Variety','Sustainable Development','Balance' and 'Harmony' as its core.The author considers educational activities is coherent and ecological,which accords with the instructions of modern educational ideas.Modern education values the thoughts of ecology,intending to train students with collective spirit,specific character and ability to learn through all their life.Therefore,it is required that teachers should teach in accordance with students′ aptitude,fully bringing out students′ latent potentialities and that various departments of a school should keep their balance in good harmony.
