摘要 目的 :探讨P5 3、Fas、Bcl 2基因蛋白表达与尖锐湿疣和宫颈癌发病的关系。方法 :采用标准免疫组化技术 ,分别检测 2 4例尖锐湿疣、4 6例宫颈癌、2 2例宫颈糜烂和 2 8例正常宫颈组织P5 3、Fas和Bcl 2基因产物。结果 :三种基因蛋白在尖锐湿疣组和宫颈癌组的表达程度和表达率均显著高于宫颈糜烂组和正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。尖锐湿疣组和宫颈癌组之间在P5 3的表达程度上差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :P5 3、Fas、Bcl 2基因表达与尖锐湿疣和宫颈癌的发病均有密切关系。 Objective:To explore the pathogenetic relationship between expressions of P53, Fas and Bcl-2 associated with condyloma acuminatum(CA) and cervical cancer.Methods:The expressions of P53,Fas and Bcl-2 were detected using immuohistochemical technique in 24 specimens of CA,46 specimens of cervical cancer,22 specimens of cervicitis and 28 specimens of normal cervical tissue.Results:The expressive degree and expressive rate of p53,Fas and Bcl-2 in CA and cervical cancer were significantly higher than that in cervicitis and normal cervical tissue(p<0.001). The expressive degree of p53 was significantly difference between CA and cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of p53,Fas and Bcl-2 were significantly correlated with the occurrences of both condyloma acuminatum and cervical cancer.
