川芎嗪对家兔肠缺血再灌注损伤时一氧化氮水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察一氧化氮 (NO)在家兔小肠缺血再灌注损伤 (IIRI)过程中的变化及川芎嗪对其的影响。方法 :实验兔随机分为 2组 :肠缺血再灌注组 (IIR组 ,n =9)和肠缺血再灌注 +川芎嗪治疗组 (LGT组 ,n =10 )。分别测定不同时间点血浆一氧化氮代谢产物 (NOP)含量 ,并于实验末取兔小肠粘膜测定NOP含量及NOS活性 ,同时行电镜观察。结果 :IIR组家兔血浆NOP含量进行性下降 ;LGT组家兔在再灌注 15min和 30min时血浆NOP含量明显高于IIR组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,实验末小肠粘膜NOP含量和NOS活性亦明显比IIR组增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,肠粘膜超微结构异常改变显著减轻。结论 :川芎嗪可通过提高机体NO水平而对肠缺血再灌注损伤发挥积极的保护作用。 Objective:To observe the changes of NO and NOS in rabbit's intestine ischemia reperfusion injury (IIRI) and the effects caused by ligustrazini(LGT). Methods:The experimental rabbits were randomly divided into the two groups randomly: group IIR (n=9) and group LGT(n=10). NOP's content of plasma at different time were determined. In the end of the experiments,NOP's content and activity of NOS of intestine tissue were tested. And the ultrastructure changes of intestine tissue were observed.Results:Plasma NOP of the group IIR was prosoressively delined. Plasma NOP of the group LGT was obviously higher than group IIR (P<0.05). NOP of intestines tissue and activity of NOS in group LGT was higher(P<0.05). The abnormal morphological changes of intestine tissue were all alleviated markedly as well.Conclusion:LGT play an active protective role in the IIRI through raising NO level.
