Influence of Modern Distance Education on Tertiary Education in China

从现代远程教育全球化发展对我国高等教育的影响、缓解高等教育供需矛盾、丰富高等教育教学资源和促进高等教育教学改革四个方面进行了分析和研究,强调了以现代远程教育发展与我国高等教育发展相融合来推动高教事业发展的重要性。

This paper analyzes and studies such four areas as the globalized influence of modern distance education on the development of tertiary education, the alleviation of the imbalance between supply and demand for tertiary education, the ways in enriching teaching resources in tertiary education and means for accelerating the teaching reforms in tertiary education. It also emphasizes the importance of the acceleration of the development in tertiary education based on the integration of the development of the modern distance education and the development of the tertiary education in China.
