简述了网络环境给高校图书馆信息服务工作带来的变化,分析了网络环境下高校图书馆信息服务工作面临的问题,进而指出高校图书馆在新的环境下应从提高信息服务人员的综合素质、增加电子文献资源,积极开发网络信息资源等方面改进和完善信息服务工作的质量。

The paper states briefly the changes that network environment brings to college library information services work, and analyses the problem that college library information service work is facing in network environment. Besides this, the author points out that we should improve and perfect the quantity of our information services work by improving the librarians' overall ability of our information services, adding more electronic document and actively developing network information resources,etc.
