摘要
论述了工程总承包的特点,招标程序等,并阐述了工程总承包在国家粮食储备库建设中推进工程进度、确保施工质量、协调工作量、降低工程造价等方面的意义,同时也提出了工程总承包中存在的问题,对国库建设中实行工程总承包具有一定的参考作用。
The management style of turnkey project has been implemented for a long time in developed countries. It is also tried out practicing in some trades and fields of our country, while it is actually a new task in the construction of state-owned grain reserves. It is necessary to select a reasonable management pattern in the construction of state-owned grain reserves since it plays an important role on the social stability and living of Chinese people. The paper describes how the management style of turnkey project has been put into practice in the construction of state-owned grain depot.
