摘要 文章提出了一种基于各向异性反应扩散的血管增强方法,该方法能够增强图像中血管的一致性取向结构,在去噪的同时增强血管边界,并利用基于AOS策略的快速算法实现数值求解。大大提高了血管图像对比度,为血管的准确提取和理解带来方便。实验结果表明,该方法可以应用于实时临床分析,并可以有效增强多模态的血管图像。 In this paper, a new approach to vessel enhancement based on anisotropic reaction diffusion is proposed, which could enhance the directional structure of vessels and strengthen the edge while removing noise. Meanwhile, Fast algorithm based on AOS scheme is used for numerical solution. Thus greatly improve the vessel contrast, making it convenient for accurate extraction and reconstruction of vessels. Experiments show that the proposed approach could be applied to real-time medical analysis and enhance multi-modality vessel images efficiently.
