摘要 提出了一种新的综合视频降噪算法,首先对图像进行边缘保护,在此前提下,对图像的噪声水平进行检测,然后自适应地选择降噪的方法。系统已经在Altera的cycloneFPGA平台上通过了验证,结果表明该方案既能有效地降低噪声又能很好地保护边缘,并且实现了智能化的处理。 We put forward a new synthetical video De-noising algorism. Firstly, we detect the edges of the images. Secondly, we detect the level of the noise and automatically select the ways of de-noising on basic of it. This system has been validated on FPGA of cyclone of Altera. We can see that this video de-noising system not only can reduce the noise but also protect the edges of images. Furthermore, the de-noising can be treated automatically.
