摘要
针对单参数J积分在焊接接头裂端场应用的困难,提出一个适合于含裂纹体焊接接头裂端场的J-Q双参数准则。为了能够在工程实际中应用,从改变焊缝材料性能的角度出发,利用有限元数值解对Q因子的分布规律进行了讨论,通过直线回归得到了该参量的工程计算方法,并对J-Q双参数断裂参量在断裂场中的有效性进行了验证,从而得到了焊材变化时焊接接头裂纹体裂端场的工程估算方法。
With an aim of the application difficulty of the J -integral single-parameter theory in the welded joint crack tip fields, this paper presents the J-Q double-parameter criterion. In order to be used in engineering practice and as viewed from changing the properties of welding seam materials, the finite element numerical solution is used to analyse the Q -factor distribution laws. Thus, the engineering calculation method for calculating Q parameter is obtained through the linear regression. Furthermore, the validity of J-Q double-parameter criterion in the crack tip fields is tested, whereby an engineering estimation method for welding joint crack tip fields is obtained in the case of welding material changes.
