摘要
介绍了一种光电式自动调焦系统。该系统利用半导体激光器作光源,基于光学三角法的原理,将会聚到工作台上的激光光斑成像在二象限硅光电池上,再利用硅光电池输出信号的变化实现调焦。该方法能方便地实现自动调焦,且调焦精度高、体积小、结构简单、易于安装,具有一定的实用价值。
Based on method of optic triangle,this paper introduce a photoelectric focusing head using semiconductor laser as light source. Laser beam was condensed to the working table and then the image of laser pattern is formed at the two-quadrant silicon photocell.So the change of output can be used to focusing.This method can easily realize automatic focusing,characterized by high focusing precision,small volume and simple structure,and easy installation and practical application values.
