摘要
为在有限的空间内实现具有特殊要求的球壳类工件的自动非接触测量,将机器人技术与激光非接触测量技术相结合,研制了一种新型的非接触式非正交系坐标测量系统。该系统以串联机械手作为测量主体,采用激光位移传感器和CCD摄像头进行非接触测量,可实现球壳类及回转类工件的几何尺寸和表面缺陷的非接触高精度测量。实验数据表明该测量系统已经达到较高的测量精度。
In order to achieve the auto-and noncontact measurement of ball-shell working pieces with special requirement within the limited space,a new type of noncontact and non-orthogonal coordinate measuring system is developed on the basis of combination of robot technology with laser non-contact measuring technology,the laser displacement sensor and CCD camera are adopted in the system with the serial link manipulator as the main measuring body to carry out the noncontact measurement, whereby the noncontact high accurate measurement of geometrical dimensions and surface defects of the ball-shell and revolving working pieces can be realized. The testing data indicate that the measuring system has reached the measurement with the high accuracy.
