摘要 采用室内培养的方法,从藻的生长,藻的叶绿素a、b及类胡萝卜素含量这四个方面研究了藻类对水体中17β-雌二醇的光降解的影响。结果发现,光降解前17β-雌二醇对普通小球藻的生长有明显的抑制作用,也会引起光合色素浓度的降低;光降解后其抑制作用有所减缓。此结论表明光降解对减弱17β-雌二醇的生物毒性是有效的,但光降解过程还需进一步优化。 Effects of chlorella vulgaris on the photodegradation rate of 17β - estradiol in aqueous solutions were investigated through examining the growth and the photosynthetic pigments content (including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoids) of Chlorella vulgaris The results showed that 17β - estradiol could restrain the growth of Chlorella vulgaris and reduce their photosynthetic pigments content, but the effects of photodegradated 17β - estradiol on Chlorella vulgaris (exposed to high pressure Hg- lamp (250W,(≥ 365nm)) tended to decrease. Hence, using photodegradation to decrease the biologic toxicity of 17β - estradiol is effective, but this process need be optimized.
