摘要
世界格局问题是研究国际形势的立足点。当今世界格局的基本特征是单极抑或多极化 ,这是美国与包括我国在内的许多国家的一大分歧。本文从多极化是当今世界格局的基本特征、中国领导人视野中的世界多极化、建立多极世界主张在国际社会得到广泛认同、有关世界格局的一些独特见解以及多极化问题上的若干争议等方面 ,对世界多极化问题做一综合性的论述和评介。
An understanding of world patterns is a foundation for research on the international situation.Whether the basic pattern of the present world is featured by unipolarity or by multipolarity is one of the major differences between the United States and many other countries,including China.This essay attempts to comprehensively expound and appraise the issue of international multipolarization by examining the reasons for multipolarization as a basic feature of the present world pattern,the Chinese leaders' perceptions of international multipolarization,the extensive consensus in the international community on the establishment of a multipolar world,and some distinctive views and controversies about the multipolarization issue.
