微波萃取-毛细管气相色谱法快速分析土壤中有机氯农药

Fast analysis of organic chlorinated pesticides in soil by microwave extraction/capillary GC.

采用微波萃取技术提取土壤中的六六六、滴滴涕 ,再利用毛细管气相色谱分离 ,微电子捕获检测器检测。实验结果表明 ,微波萃取 7m in效果最好 ,色谱分析只需 11m in。萃取回收率在 90 %～ 10 5 %之间 ,相对标准偏差小于 10 %。该方法简便、快速 。

The organic chlorinated pesticides (BHC and DDT)in soil were extracted by microwave extraction and analyzed by capillary GC with μECD. The optimum extraction time is 7 min and GC analysis time is 11 min. The extraction recovery is 90% ～105% with RSD less than 10% . The method is rapid and convenient, and is a better technology for analyzing organic chlorinated pesticides in soil.
