Common Problems with the Usage of Boiler Fuel-oil in Edible Oil Mills and Feed Mills

对油脂与饲料工业燃油锅炉使用中的常见问题以及燃料油主要质量指标的优劣对燃烧工况的关联影响进行了分析,并提出了一种经济实用且简便的解决方法,在改善燃油锅炉燃烧工况与抑制硫、钒的腐蚀,灰分积焦、积炭、油泥生成等问题的同时,又达到了降低能耗、减少烟气排放的目的,并列举了一些实例。

The common problems in the boiler operation in edible oil mils and feed mills are analyzed, and the effects of fuel-oil quality on combustion performance as well. An economical and simple method for settling these problems have been set forward, which improves the combustion performance of fuel-oil boilers and controls the problems such as the corrosion due to sulphur and vitriol, the accumulation of tar and charcoal, and the generation of greasy filth etc, and additionally achieves the aim of decreasing energy consumption and smoke exhaustion. Some living examples have been given.
