摘要
车架的受力比较复杂,货厢与车架的连接对车架的刚度和强度也会造成一定的影响。通过CAE分析可以全面了解车架各部件对整体刚度的影响并对其进行优化设计,以保证车架具有足够的刚度满足结构安装的需要以及具有一定的柔度以满足良好的行驶性能的需要。对某中型载货汽车车架进行了弯曲工况和一轮悬空(扭转)情况下的强度与刚度分析。
Forces acted on frame is very complicated,and joint between the cargo body and the frame has effects on stiffness and strength of the frame.Effects of various frame components on the entire stiffness can be fully analyzed by CAE and optimization design of the frame can be carried out to assure enough stiffness to meet requirements of structural installation,as well as flexibility to meet requirements of riding performance.In the paper,analysis of strength and stiffness of a medium truck frame under bending mode and retorting mode are done.
