摘要
研究了经不同变质处理后的共晶铝硅铸造合金在热处理(T6处理)过程中组织与性能的变化。通过正交试验分析了T6处理的有关工艺参数对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,变质处理对合金中硅相在热处理时的粒化过程有明显的促进作用,铸件热处理的效果是α相强化和硅相形态改善。同时对优化铝硅铸造合金热处理的工艺和质量以及降低热处理能耗等方面的研究与技术发展提出了一些看法。
Changes of microstructure and performance of the eutectic aluminum-silicon casting alloy processed by different modifications during heat treatment process(T6 treatment)are studied.Effects of relevant processing parameters of T6 treatment on mechanical performance of alloy are investigated with orthogonal experiments.It is shown by results that,modification has a remarkable promoting function on the granulating process of the silicon phase in alloy during heat treatment,and heat treatment of casting piece results in that theαphase intensified and the silicon phase improved.At the same time,some proposals about study and technology development on improving heat treatment process and quality of aluminum-silicon casting alloy and reducing energy consumption are brought forward.
