In the paper,the concept and structure features of the electronic-control diesel engine are introduced with ME electronic-control diesel engine taken for example.Compared with the conventional diesel engine in performance and structure,the merits of the electronic-control diesel engine are presented.Furthermore,a comparison between ME electronic-control diesel engine and RT-flex electronic-control diesel engine is given.
